Genesis 1:1 - 2:3

Job 9:5-10

Job 9:7 He (God) commands the sun, and it doesn't rise, and seals up the stars.
Job 9:9 He makes the Bear, Orion, and the Pleiades, and the chambers of the south. (= various constellations or areas of the sky)

Job 38:1-38

Job 38:7 - [The earth's creation] - "when the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy."
Some may suggest that this symbolizes heavenly beings. But it may be just as accurately (or more so) considered a symbolic reference to the actual stars ("sons" in the sense of being created, and "shouting for joy" the same way other elements of creation do). It is difficult to know which view is in mind here, or if both are implied. But both are compatible with what is said.
Either way, the emphasis here is not on the exact timing of specific entities of creation. (Stars were created on Day 4 of Creation.)
Job 38:31-33 - "Can you bind the cluster of the Pleiades, or loosen the cords of Orion? Can you lead forth the constellations in their season? Or can you guide the Bear with her cubs? Do you know the laws of the heavens? Can you establish its dominion over the earth?

Psalm 147:1-20

Psa 147:4-5 He counts the number of the stars. He calls them all by their names. Great is our Lord, and mighty in power. His understanding is infinite.

Psalm 148:1-14

Psa 148:3 Praise him, sun and moon! Praise him, all you shining stars!
