Psalm 135:1-21

His greatness above all man-made gods (who themselves are weak and impotent) - Psa 135:5-6 For I know that Yahweh is great, that our Lord is above all gods. Whatever Yahweh pleased, that he has done, in heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps; ...

Psalm 147:1-20

Psa 147:4-5 He counts the number of the stars. He calls them all by their names. Great is our Lord, and mighty in power. His understanding is infinite.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-22

God is in control, and there is "beauty" or design to what he is doing. His sovereignty is purposeful, not random; and guarantees that everything will fit together as it ought, "in its time." Isaiah 31:1-9

When you return to God, your enemies will be destroyed – and not by human means! (= an illustration of God's greatness)

Isaiah 46:5-13

Isa 46:5 "To whom will you liken me, and make me equal, and compare me, that we may be like?" - Who can you compare God to? Nobody! (The answer is implied. See also v. 9+.)
Isa 46:9-10 - Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me; declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done; saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure;
