This "garden" was not like the flower patches and vegetable gardens that people often had today. It was huge and was probably more like a "nature preserve" in size. There was plenty of room for a large variety of animals!

Two special trees that were in this garden have their separate pages:

• Tree of Life

• Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil

This garden would have been destroyed at the time of the Flood. There is no such place today, thus no need for cherubim to stand in guard of the tree of life.
