Genesis 19:1-29

Leviticus 9:7, 24; 10:1-7

Job 1 & 2

(1:16) "The fire of God has fallen from the sky, and has burned up the sheep and the servants, and consumed them, and I alone have escaped to tell you."


Psalm 104:1-35

Psa 104:4 He makes his messengers winds; his servants flames of fire.
The wind and lightning ("fire") - elements of a thunderstorm - are described as heavenly messengers.


Isaiah 30:1-33

Isa 30:30 Yahweh will cause his glorious voice to be heard, and will show the descent of his arm, with the indignation of his anger, and the flame of a devouring fire, with a blast, storm, and hailstones.
