Your time never was yours to waste as you please. Your time, just like everything else that is a part of you, belongs to God. You will be held accountable for the way you use your time (as well as for the way you use everything else that is a part of you).

This fact applies to all people. Most will deny it and will live for themselves. But those who are followers of Jesus will not only be willing to admit the truth, but they will joyfully give back to God what is already his.
