Psalm 19:1-14

Verses 7-14. About the "Law of Yahweh" and its effect on those who live by it.

In v. 7-9, six words are used as synonymous when referring to it: law, testimony, precepts, commandment, fear and ordinances. Also, it has six characteristics, etc. (See the passage.)

Psalm 147:1-20

The "Word" by which God redeems his people: He has given us his Law/Word. This "word" from God is related to the concept of "Special Revelation." (General Revelation is mentioned in the verses that preceded these.)

This special revelation was only given to Israel (because of God's covenant with Abraham); but all nations were recipients of God's general revelation.
