Job 21:7-34

Job 21:7 "Why do the wicked live, become old, yes, and grow mighty in power? / Job 21:16 Behold, their prosperity is not in their hand.

They act as though it's all under their own control - though it is not. (Implied: It is in God's control.) As we see later in the book of Job (such as in Job 34:10-30), this safety and security is only temporary for the wicked. See also: God's Kindness to the Wicked.

Psalm 127:1-5

Psa 127:1 Unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it. Unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain.

Also references to a person's occupation (there is no need to constantly toil), and to children (a blessing from God).
