Exodus 15:1-21

Israel's response to the Red Sea providential miracle: Praise to God. This is a response of God's people to the judging of God's enemies.
They also acknowledge that God Takes Care of Israel.


Job 1 & 2

It seemed as though God were judging Job (though it made no sense, because Job had done nothing to be judged for). His response...
Job 1:20 Then Job arose, and tore his robe, and shaved his head, and fell down on the ground, and worshiped.
Chapter 2 - He refused to give-up his integrity.


Isaiah 25:1-12

Those who were originally the oppressors will now be humbled and will submit to God. They will glorify and fear God.


Isaiah 30:1-33

v. 29 (Context: a description of the judgment that will come upon the wicked.) For God's people (i.e., those who trust him, the emphasis being on the nation of Israel), this time of judgment will be a time of joy.
v. 32 The judgment of the wicked - those who despise God - will be a time of celebration for the righteous - those who desire to see God honored.
