The first era at the beginning of the Third World Ecosystem. Within this time period was The Confusion of Languages (at Babel). This era came to an close when God gave the Old Covenant Law to Israel.

The term Pre-Covenant specifically focuses on the fact that God had not yet given the Old Covenant to Israel. Other covenants did exist during this time - covenants which remain in effect to this day!
