People are not "neutral" toward God!
- They deliberately "forget" truth - historic facts - that they know - 2 Peter 3:5
- Paul's message was "true and reasonable" and was based on publicly observed events - Acts 26:25-26
- People suppress their awareness of God - an awareness that instinctively exists within them - Romans 1
