Job 1 & 2

Satan claimed that Job's "fear of God" was because of impure, self-centered motives. He claimed that Job did it in order to get blessings from God. (The rest of the book proves Satan wrong.)

Proverbs 16:2

Pro 16:2 All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but Yahweh weighs the motives.

Ecclesiastes 12:13-14

Ecc 12:14 For God will bring every work into judgment, with every hidden thing, whether it is good, or whether it is evil.
Note that nothing will be considered "neutral" at that time. Though we may call some things "neutral" right now, because they can be either good or bad, at the Day of Justice, these things will be evaluated based on the motives that influenced them. This will remove any "neutrality" that may have existed.
