There are many examples in Exodus-Numbers, of the Israelites committing this sin, which are not listed below.

Numbers 11:1-9, 18-23, 31-34

The people complained about the food God had provided, and claimed that things were better in Egypt.
This event is said to be an instance of "lusting" - a violation of the Tenth Commandment.

Numbers 20:2-12

More complaining! No water; no trust in God to provide.
This is about 40 years after they left Egypt. After 40 years of God providing, they still didn't trust him!

Numbers 21:4-9

Results of discouragement - v. 4.
Why have you brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? for there is no bread, and there is no water; and our soul loathes this light bread.
