Contrasted with Ceremonial Law and Civil Law. All 3 can be considered aspects of the "Law of God."


Often, a specific example would be given, which would teach a principle that could be applied in similar situations.

A summary of the moral law can be found in the Ten Commandments. The ultimate "summary" of the moral law is the command to love God and neighbor, which is found in both Old and New Testaments.

Examples of specific applications of this summary can be found in many passages. Some examples can be found in Leviticus 19 (selected verses).
