Psa 107:35-38 He turns a desert into a pool of water, and a dry land into water springs. There he makes the hungry live, that they may prepare a city to live in, sow fields, plant vineyards, and reap the fruits of increase. He blesses them also, so that they are multiplied greatly. He doesn't allow their livestock to decrease.

Isaiah 11:1-16

The cow and the bear will graze. Their young ones will lie down together. The lion will eat straw like the ox. The nursing child will play near a cobra's hole, and the weaned child will put his hand on the viper's den. They will not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain; ... THE REASON WHY: ... for the earth will be full of the knowledge of Yahweh, as the waters cover the sea.

Description of the time of blessing that will come after God judges the world - a judgment that will affect even the stars. (This judgment is described in chapter 34.)
