1 Samuel 1:2-10

... for the pillars of the earth are Yahweh's. He has set the world on them. (The reason given for the fact that God is able to raise or exalt the lowly.)

The earth belongs to God; he sustains and maintains it.

The land that people walk on (i.e., the surface) has a "solid rock" foundation.

Job 9:5-10

Job 9:5-6 - He (God) removes the mountains, and they don't know it, when he overturns them in his anger. He shakes the earth out of its place. Its pillars tremble.

Psalm 102:25-28

Psa 102:25 Of old, you laid the foundation of the earth.

Psalm 104:1-35

Psa 104:5 "He laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be moved forever." - He established the "earth" (that is, the dry land, as opposed to the sea and sky).
