Genesis 1:6-8
God said, "Let there be an expanse in the middle of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters."
God made the expanse, and divided the waters which were under the expanse from the waters which were above the expanse; and it was so. God called the expanse sky.
There was evening and there was morning, a second day.

Job 38:1-38

A reference to clouds, which would have formed when the waters were divided (waters in the sky and waters on the earth).


Psalm 19:1-14

The "expanse" is referred to, as well as the "heavens" - described as declaring the glory of God and demonstrating what he can do.


Psalm 33:1-22

Psa 33:7 He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap. He lays up the deeps in storehouses.
This probably refers to the second and third days of creation, with an emphasis on what happened to the water.


Psalm 104:1-35

The poetic imagery in verses 2-4 are a reference to the first two days of creation. The waters mentioned in v. 3 are a reference to the waters that are in/above the sky.
