Genesis 1:1 - 2:3

For all other elements of creation: God spoke (such as, "Let it happen..."), normally directing that speech to the created realm... and it was done.
For humans: God to himself... and then he did it.
Gen 1:26 God said, "Let us make man in our image, ..."
Gen 1:27 God created man in his own image. In God's image he created him; male and female he created them.
